SIU hits the road for their next two Missouri Valley games.
Next stop, Peoria.
Salukis take on Bradley.
It will be a homecoming of sorts for SIU grad transfer Ronnie Suggs Jr.
The St. Louis native spent his freshman and sophomore seasons at Bradley.
As a freshman he was the Braves third leading scorer.
Tuesday against Valpo, Bryan Mullins told the locker room that Ronnie was the player of the game.
Just 4 points, but he pulled down 9 rebounds, dished out 5 assists and came up with two steals.
"Man, it's been a long time coming. I definitely enjoyed my time at Bradley. Definitely brings back some memories there. A lot of players I played against and with, I'm excited though. A great way for us to come back and continue the season we started and hopefully get a win," Suggs said.
