December 19th Evening Weather with Meteorologist Jacie Brianne

CARTERVILLE Ill. (WSIL) -- It was a cool but seasonable day across the region. The quiet weather will stick around overnight, with lows dipping back into the upper 20s Friday morning.

FRIDAY

Much cooler air settles in Friday afternoon. High temperatures will drop near 10 degrees below average. Highs will be in the mid to upper 30s. That cold will continue into Saturday with highs still hovering in the 30s. Sunday a slow warm-up will begin, with temperatures rising back into the low 40s. Lows will also be chilly, plummeting into the low 20s Saturday and Sunday.

The good news is there will plenty of sunshine through the weekend. You won't have to worry about any active weather, while running last minute holiday errands. However, the next chance for rain is expected on Christmas Eve.
