Relief is on the way this weekend! Starting Saturday, we'll see increasing chances of showers and storms, continuing into Monday. While severe weather isn't expected to be widespread, these storms could bring torrential downpours, lightning, and some gusty winds.
This increased cloud cover and rain will help break the heat, bringing temperatures down to the low to mid 80s, which is more typical for this time of year. By the middle of next week, drier and less humid air will move into the region, leaving us with more pleasant and typical summery conditions.
