WSIL -- Pack the umbrella is you're heading out this morning to run errands or possibly heading to a farmer's market, a few light showers are pushing up from the south.
In southern Illinois, the day is not a complete washout with rain gradually shifting south into western Kentucky where the heaviest rain is expected, especially this afternoon.
Precipitation will remain all rain as temperatures will hover in the low to mid 40s for much of the day.
Sunday looks much nicer with some sunshine and temperatures running near seasonal averages, which is in the upper 40s.
