CARTERVILLE (WSIL) -- Did you enjoy the warm weather on Monday? If so, you'll like Tuesday even more! It may be Christmas Eve, but trade in those ugly Christmas sweaters for ugly Christmas flip flops with temperatures expected back in the lower 60s.
Christmas Day will likely be the warmest day of the week with temperatures in the mid to upper 60s areawide. It will not be a surprise if a few temperatures peak in the lower 70s in Northwest Tennessee and the Missouri Bootheel.
More clouds Thursday and Friday and possibly some patchy drizzle, but temperatures will remain well above average.
