CHICAGO (WSIL) -- Illinois Governor JB Pritzker says the pandemic surrounding COVID-19 does not take a day off, so he's continuing to deliver daily reports on the impacts in Illinois.
On Sunday, the governor reported 1,672 new cases for a total of 20,852 in Illinois.
Governor Pritzker says there are now known cases in 86 counties.
The 43 new deaths reported Sunday brings the death total to 720 since the beginning of the pandemic.
