ST. CLAIR COUNTY (WSIL) -- An Ava man was killed in a crash in St. Clair County.Â
Illinois State Police say 47-year-old Jason Mayes was traveling north on I-55 near Collinsville. His vehicle left the roadway for unknown reasons, struck a light pole and rolled multiple times.Â
He was pronounced dead at the scene by the St. Clair County Coroner's office.Â
The investigation is still ongoing.Â
