PADUCAH, Ky. (WSIL) -- Two people from southern Illinois and two from western Kentucky face drug charges after authorities say they found drugs in hotel rooms when arresting a fugitive.
The McCracken County Sheriff's Office said their detectives assisted with US Marshals last week, where they found a fugitive identified as Autumn Lynn, 40 of Golconda.
Lynn was arrested at 3:42 p.m. on November 13 at a hotel in Paducah on a federal indictment for drug offenses, the sheriff's office detailed.
After authorities arrived at the hotel room where Lynn was at, the sheriff's office also said they saw Jeremy Stevens, 43 of Metropolis, and Benjamin Bates, 26 of Paducah, in Lynn's hotel room.
The sheriff's office said while detectives were in the hotel room, they saw and recovered fentanyl and marijuana.
Law enforcement learned Bates also had a hotel room with his girlfriend, Stephanie Sexton, were they said they found fentanyl pills, burnt foils, syringes and some marijuana.
Lynn was taken to the Williamson County Jail in Illinois. Bates and Sexton were then taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
