WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ill. -- A 45-year-old man was sentenced to 40 years behind bars in connection to a murder investigation in Washington County.
Illinois State Police stated Kevin Loucks, 45 of Belleville, was sentenced to four decades to the Illinois Department of Corrections, after he was found guilty of murder in October of 2023.
