Paducah man caught and woman arrested with meth in apartment

PADUCAH, Ky. (WSIL) -- A deputy from the McCracken County Sheriff's Office responded to a missing vehicle report on Key Drive in Paducah on May 2. During the investigation, deputies arrested Christopher Walker, 46, who they said had an outstanding warrant.

Walker was taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail. While there, the sheriff's office said their deputies learned that Sarah Mallory, 39, was at the same residence with outstanding warrants.

Deputies then returned to the residence. Authorities said they found Mallory hiding in the bathroom and arrested her.

While there, the sheriff's office said they saw a tray with a substance on it which later tested positive for methamphetamine.

The sheriff's office also said Mallory admitted to having more methamphetamine on her person, which deputies collected.

Both Walker and Mallory were lodged at the McCracken County Regional Jail.
