BENTON, Ill. -- Authorities are looking for three people wanted out of Franklin County for various of charges, which includes home repair fraud, aggravated domestic battery and firearm without a valid FOID charges.
The Franklin County Sheriff's Office alerted the public on the morning of October 23. Officials said they urge people to not approach these wanted individuals as some could be considered armed and/or dangerous.
Jerret Hopper, 40, is wanted out of Franklin County for a home repair fraud charge. Hopper was last living in the Herrin area.
Robert Digby, 28, is wanted for aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery charges. He was last known to be living in the West Frankfort area.
Stephen Marlin, 58, is wanted out of Franklin County on a possession of a firearm without a valid FOID charge. Marlin was last living in the Herrin area.
