Lots of events to celebrate Independence Day coming up across the region. 

The federal holiday, also known as the Fourth of July, celebrates the historic date in 1776 when the Declaration of Independence was approved by the Continental Congress.

Every year we celebrate Independence Day with fireworks and patriotic events.
