TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Heat index values up to 108 expected.

* WHERE...All of southern Illinois, southwest Indiana, western
Kentucky, and southeast Missouri.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT /8 PM EDT/ Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning
or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
heat stroke.

Blandville Road back open after crash in McCracken County

PADUCAH, Ky. (WSIL) -- UPDATE: The roadway is back open.

ORIGINAL: A section of Blandville Road near the 7500 block is closed following a two-vehicle crash, the McCracken County Sheriff's Office reported.

The sheriff's office informed the public of the crash at 3:20 p.m. on June 13.

Authorities have not determined how long the road will remain closed. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes to avoid delays.
