Sheriff's office looking for driver of Volkswagen in hit-and-run investigation

GRAVES COUNTY, Ky. (WSIL) -- Law enforcement are asking for the public's help in finding the suspect of a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run investigation.

The Graves County Sheriff's Office shared two images of a yellow Volkswagen on their Facebook page and described the vehicle is suspected to be part of a hit-and-run which happened on Wingo Road at around 5 p.m. on March 2, in Graves County.

The sheriff's office said there was considerable body damage to the vehicle and the suspect caused property damage, along with some cattle getting loose in the area.

If anyone has any information as to where this Volkswagen or the driver of the vehicle might be, you are asked to call the Graves County Sheriff's Office at 270-847-4501.
