POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. (WSIL) -- Police in Poplar Bluff are looking for the public's help in identifying a person on Thursday morning.
This person was wearing a green shirt, black pants with black and white shoes. The video shows the person walking through JC Penney and picking out clothes from some clothes racks.
The then cuts to the person walking into a fitting room with the clothes. Then, the person walks out of the fitting room carrying a bag and then proceeds to walk out of the store.
