The crash occurred after Dunkan, traveling East in a 2014 Subaru Forester, crossed the center of the road into the westbound lanes and hit the back of a 2007 Black Dodge and Glendening's 2021 Kia Telluride headfirst. The Dodge was operated by Charles H. Blankenship, 28, of Tiline, KY.
