Restaurants, businesses offer free meals and discounts for Veterans Day

CARTERVILLE, Ill. -- Veterans Day is coming up this Saturday, November 11, and it is a time to honor those who have served in the military.

Nationwide, many businesses are paying their respects and offering discounts and free meals to show their appreciation.

Here is a list of some businesses who are participating...

  • For the 16th consecutive year, they’re offering Veterans and Active Duty Military a special Veterans Day meal on Saturday 11/11, where they can select from 8 delicious entrées at Applebee’s across the country (Dine-in only).

  • BWW is offering a free order of 10 Boneless Wings and Fries for veterans and active-duty service members with valid ID. Only available for dine-in.

  • Casey's is offering a Brew of Gratitude to those who have served. A complimentary fountain drink or coffee for veterans on Veteran's Day.

  • Offers veterans a free meal on Veterans Day. Available in-restaurant only for select items.

  • Veterans are offered a free entrée this Veterans Day. Available for dine-in from a select menu: with a valid military ID.

  • Veterans and military personnel can get a free Original Grand Slam on Friday, November 10th!

  • Veterans and active-duty military get a free donut on Veterans Day.

  • All Veterans and active military personnel who visit Freddy’s on Veterans Day will receive a FREE Freddy’s Original Double with Cheese combo meal card.

  • Military Appreciation Night will be held on Monday, November 13 from 5pm â€� close. We will once again be honoring our military heroes with a free “thank youâ€� meal.

  • Veterans can stop by for free pancakes on November 11.

  • Veterans and active military can get a free classic 6-pack with any purchase all week.

  • Veterans will receive a free doughnut and small brewed, hot or iced, coffee on November 11.

  • Free lunch combo for veterans. A 4-slice Detroit-style Deep Dish Pizza with Pepperoni and one 20 oz. Pepsi-Cola product.

  • Buy one MOD-size pizza or salad, get one MOD-size pizza or salad free on 11/11/2023 with proof of military service.

  • Veterans can get a free drink on Veterans Day at participating locations. Valid military ID required.

  • Veterans and military members can get a free coffee on Veterans Day.

  • Veterans and active military will receive a free breakfast combo with valid military ID or a Veterans Advantage card.
