Two Graves County men arrested on drug, gun charges

GRAVES COUNTY, Ky. (WSIL) --Two men were arrested on drug and gun charges in Graves County, Kentucky.

According to the Graves County Sheriff's Office, an undercover drug investigation led authorities to a home in Mayfield. Officials said they used a warrant to search the home and inside found cocaine, multiple sets of electronic scales, more than 1/2 pound of processed Marijuana, more than $6,000 in cash and other related items.

In addition, authorities also said they seized three loaded semi-automatic handguns and two long guns. The sheriff's office also stated one of the semi-automatic pistols, a 9mm Smith and Wesson was found to have been reported stolen to the Paducah Police Department. The pistol was earlier reported stolen from a parked car on Monroe Street in Paducah on July 15, 2024.

Two people were reported to be inside, which includes Trevier Barnes and 23-year-old Tyus M. Jackson. They were both arrested and taken to out-of-county detention centers.
