CARBONDALE, IL (WSIL) -- The Carbondale Chamber of Commerce will welcome to the community.

William Lo, Director of the Carbondale Chamber of Commerce, believe this will be a great addition to the community.

"We're thrilled to welcome Chicago Hot Dogs and More to our business community," said Lo. "We love seeing entrepreneurs choosing Carbondale to grow their business and we look forward to supporting their success."

Chicago Hot Dogs, Carbondale will offer a variety of menu items inspired by the classic Chicago-style hot dog. This freshly steamed buns, all-beef franks, and the iconic combination of mustard, relish, onions, tomatoes, pickles, sport peppers, and celery salt. In addition to hot dogs, they will serve a range of other Chicago-inspired fare.

Curtis Spagnola, the owner says, his nephew received a degree in business management from SIU Carbondale and went to work for him. Curtis found himself impressed with the results of the program and wanted to expand his business with a location in Carbondale.
