WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Ill. (WSIL) -- The Williamson County Sheriff's Department made a big drug bust Wednesday.
Officials say they used a search warrant to search a home in the 2700 block of Dr. Springs Road in Colp. Inside they said they found methamphetamine, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, stolen property, and drug packaging materials.
Sheriff's deputies arrested five people, including Rusty L. Wagley Jr., Karla R. Jones, Hunter T. Wagley, Leslie A. Williams, and Radley S. Long.
Officials say this operation was the result of a year long investigation involving illegal narcotics, stolen vehicles, stolen property, and narcotics trafficking.
