CARTERVILLE (WSIL) -- Sunshine returns to kick off a weekend of quiet weather.
Saturday will be pleasant. A slight breeze out of the north will keep temperatures slightly cool for this time of the year, but highs this afternoon will still climb into the mid 70s. Outside of a few high and thin clouds, skies will remain mostly sunny into the evening.
More clouds are forecast for Sunday through Monday, but there's no rain currently in the forecast. Temperatures will likely climb into the beginning of the week, with Tuesday being our first day back in the 80s.
