CARTERVILLE, Ill. (WSIL) -- You may have to grab a jacket in the morning, but you won't need it for long as temperatures will climb back up into the 70s today.
Tuesday: We'll start the day with some in the upper 40s with mostly clear skies. Then by lunchtime, we will see temps climb up to the 70s. The main story today is the wind as we will be seeing it reach up into the 20 mph range for most of the day.
Tuesday evening: Clouds will start moving in, however, windy conditions will remain. We will be seeing winds continue up to 20 mph throughout the overnight hours. Temps will stay mild into the 60s overnight as well.
Wednesday: Cloudy and windy to start the day with temps in the upper 50s to lower 60s. We are also tracking a storm system. We are in a marginal risk, level 1, for severe weather, however, it will be nothing like we saw last Friday night and Saturday morning.
