WILLIAMSON CO. (WSIL) -- The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) is warning drivers about an upcoming bridge repair project.
Beginning Monday, July 13, weather permitting, crews will be repairing the structure that carries Route 166 over the South Fork Saline River, approximately three miles south of Route 13.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane and controlled by signals.
Drivers are asked to reduce speed, watch for equipment and workers, and be aware of the 12�-0� width restriction.
The project is expected to be completed by mid-October.
