THOMPSONVILLE, Ill. (WSIL) -- A 42-year-old was arrested in connection to two theft incidents which happened earlier in January in Franklin County.
The Franklin County Sheriff's Office said they started investigating a theft at Payne's Service Station in Thompsonville on January 17. They said the suspect involved was also suspected to be involved in another theft on January 15, at an Ace Hardware near Benton.
On January 24, the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office helped find the suspect. The Franklin County Sheriff's Office identified the suspect as Ryan Nalley, 42 of McLeansboro.
Nalley was later charged with two counts of Theft and taken to the Franklin County Jail.
