PADUCAH (WSIL) -- A fisherman reeled in an explosive device in Paducah Monday night.
The Paducah Police Department's Bomb Squad was called out when a man using magnetic fishing gear off Sheehan Bridge Road caught what appeared to be a hand grenade.
The squad used its robot to retrieve the item and place it in an explosive storage container. It was properly disposed of without incident.
