WASHINGTON D.C. (WSIL) -- As veterans made their way to Washington D.C. as part of the Veterans Honor Flight of Southern Illinois Flight 13, members of the organization wanted to make sure they documented their trip.

From before veterans first stepped foot in Veteran's Airport, to the stops they made in Washington D.C. and making their way home, photos were taken.

Photos were then posted on the Veterans Honor Flight of Southern Illinois' Facebook page to let everyone from back home follow every step along the way for the Mission 13 trip.
